At The J. Peterman Company, we believe that if a garment doesn't live up to your expectations or the adventures you've planned for it, it simply shouldn't be in your wardrobe. We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate the Journey

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  The Final Dispatch

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
